What is kiidzkornerz Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy ?
Exchanges are allowed once per order and only for defective or damaged items. Customers must provide an unboxing video showing the product. Only items that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with labels intact are eligible. Refunds, when applicable, are credited within 4–6 working days, depending on bank timelines. Exchange or return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
